Why do college students need a Power of Attorney?
Now that you are 18 and off to college, if something were to happen to you, your parents may not have the ability to make medical or financial decisions on your behalf without a Power of Attorney.
What is a Power of Attorney?
It is a legal document that allows someone to act on your behalf. A Power of Attorney ensures that your personal affairs are attended to when you are unavailable or unable to manage them on your own.
If you are interested in our services, please fill out all the following information for the person requesting the Power of Attorneys. Please make sure to include as much information as possible.
Once you submit your information, we will send you an invoice for $250, which includes a Medical and Durable Power of Attorney. Your documents will be sent to you within 48 hours of payment.
We look forward to working with you.
